Job Description:

What You'll DoClient Experience:

Welcome every client warmly and ensure they are checked in correctly Keep the waiting area clean, stocked, and inviting at all times Communicate wait times proactively and offer refreshments Assist with checkout and rebooking when needed

Stylist Support:

Shampoo and prep clients before stylist services Keep styling stations clean and stocked between clients Assist stylists with product retrieval, tool setup, and preparation Manage salon laundry washing, folding, and restocking towels and capes

Operations:

Open and close the salon following established procedures Monitor and restock retail and salon supplies; flag low inventory to management Maintain cleanliness of all areas including the styling floor, shampoo area, restroom, and break room Assist with receiving product orders and organizing storage

What We're Looking ForRequired:

Reliable and punctual the team and clients depend on you showing up Warm, client-facing attitude you make people feel welcome without being asked Organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment Team player you notice what needs doing without waiting to be told Basic comfort with technology for client check-in and scheduling

Preferred:
