The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development. This role requires a commitment to educational excellence and the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential. Responsibilities Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Assess student performance through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and techniques. Uphold school policies and procedures while fostering a safe and respectful learning environment. Experience Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory; newly licensed student teaching graduates and licensed cosmetologist are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives. Skin care focused position, Dermalogica skin care experience preferred, but willing to train
