Responsibilities Perform professional hair braiding, weaving, and styling services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type. Apply hair extensions, including sew-in, clip-in, and tape-in techniques, ensuring natural-looking results. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies. Provide expert advice on hair care, color theory, and styling options to enhance client satisfaction.. Stay current with industry trends such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to offer innovative services. Skills Proven experience in hair braiding techniques including intricate styles and protective styles. Expertise in applying hair extensions and understanding color theory for flawless results. Skilled in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing excellent customer service. Capable of mentoring colleagues to elevate overall team performance and client experience.
