Job Summary We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Must have at least 2 years' experience along with some followings. If you don't have at least a small following, please do not bother answering this ad. We are not looking for anyone right out of school either. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles that enhance our clients' appearance and confidence while ensuring a welcoming and positive salon experience.

Hourly shift:

Responsibilities Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions. Utilize color theory to achieve desired results for clients' hair color needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon space, including workstations and tools. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide innovative services. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations. Skills Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting and coloring, understanding of color theory to create customized color solutions for clients. Experience with hair extensions application methods. (not a requirement) Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
