Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, processing payments, and managing retail inventory. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, color theory, and retail sales strategies while fostering a positive team environment. Stay current on industry trends such as barbering techniques with straight razors and the latest in nail care and makeup application to offer innovative services. Experience Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse skills in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and makeup application.
