Job Summary As a Barber at Unique Style Barbershop, you will provide high-quality haircutting, beard grooming, and styling services while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and helping clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities Perform precision haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and hot towel services. Consult with clients to understand their grooming goals and recommend suitable styles. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and professionalism. Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and grooming products. Promote shop services, memberships, and retail products when appropriate. Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance. Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive shop culture. Qualifications Active New Jersey Barber License. Minimum 2 years of barbering experience preferred. Strong skills in fades, beard work, scissor cutting, and modern styles. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
