Rizzieri Aveda School is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Program Lead to support and inspire our cosmetology education team. This leadership role works closely with the Director of Education to help drive curriculum excellence, instructor development, student success, and licensure preparation in a fast-paced, creative learning environment. With over 100 years in the beauty industry, Rizzieri is known for innovation, high standards, and a commitment to elevating beauty education. What You'll Do Support curriculum implementation and maintain consistency across classrooms and clinic floor education Assist with educator scheduling, classroom coverage, and daily operational flow Provide student coaching, tutoring, and support for licensure exam preparation Help onboard, mentor, and develop new instructors Partner with leadership on faculty development initiatives and student success plans Ensure classrooms and clinic spaces remain organized, professional, and fully prepared for learning Foster a positive, motivating, and high-performing culture for both students and staff What We're Looking For Current New Jersey Cosmetology License required Current New Jersey Teaching License required 8+ years of cosmetology teaching experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for mentorship, education, and student achievement Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment Why Join Rizzieri?
