What You'll Do:

Teach, demonstrate, and evaluate all aspects of barbering, from foundational cuts and shaves to advanced styling and grooming. Lead engaging classroom instruction on technical skills, safety protocols, and industry trends. Mentor students one-on-one to build their confidence and practical skills behind the chair. Prepare students for success on the New Jersey State Licensing Exam . Maintain a current understanding of industry advancements to enrich the curriculum.

What You'll Bring:

A valid NJ Cosmetology Instructor License . Relevant experience in the barbering industry. A dedication to continuous learning and sharing expertise. Outstanding ability to communicate and engage diverse adult learners.

Requirements:

NJ Cosmetology Instructor License and experience in the barbering industry. High School Diploma.
