Duties Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming treatments using straight razors and other tools. Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations. Use salon software such as

for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Offer expert advice on hair care, retail products, and upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Mentor junior staff members and front desk team to promote a collaborative work environment. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license in accordance with state or local regulations. Proven experience in hair styling, barbering. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon setting. Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and provide personalized consultations. Demonstrated retail sales skills with experience in retail math and upselling techniques.
