Responsibilities:
- Provide professional hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair.
- Offer retail products to clients and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Upsell additional services and treatments to enhance the client's experience.
- Provide nail care services, such as manicures and pedicures, if qualified.
- Perform eyelash extensions for clients, if qualified.
Experience:
- Must have a valid cosmetology or hair license.
- Proven experience in hair styling, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to effectively sell retail products to clients.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
