Leadership Responsibilities:
Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms. Manage client flow efficiently, ensuring appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care. Stay inspired and up to date with the latest industry trends and cosmetology trends. Maintain pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness. Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures. Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative salon culture. Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, and schedule preparation. Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists to achieve their personal and salon goals. Weekend work required.
What We Are Looking For:
Licensure:
Active Nevada Cosmetology License (Required).
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
Leadership:
Strong communication and team-building skills.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with salon POS systems (Zenoti a plus), cash handling, administrative tasks, and social media posting.
Business Acumen:
