to optimize client flow Educate clients on aftercare routines, product usage, and available enhancements like lash lifts or tinting Upsell related services such as brow shaping, makeup application, or skincare treatments to enhance client satisfaction Promote retail sales by demonstrating products and offering personalized recommendations during visits Requirements Valid cosmetology license with certification in eyelash extensions; additional skills in hair styling, nail care or esthetic laser treatments are a plus Proven experience in lash extension application, with knowledge of different styles and techniques Strong management skills to handle appointments efficiently and maintain a well-organized workspace Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or
