We are looking for someone who is passionate about lashes, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities include:

Performing classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services Conducting thorough client consultations Educating clients on proper aftercare and lash maintenance Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment space Building strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and rebooking Supporting overall studio standards and contributing to a positive team environment

Requirements:

Active New York State Esthetics or Cosmetology License Lash extension certification Experience performing classic, hybrid, and volume lash sets Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Professional, reliable, and client-focused Friendly, polished, and customer-service oriented Preferred but

Not Required:

Existing clientele Experience with lash lifts Active Instagram portfolio showcasing your work

Schedule:

Part-time position Flexible scheduling Some evening and Saturday availability preferred Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process and is based on experience, skill level, and existing clientele.
