We are seeking a passionate and talented Cosmetologist Blow Dry Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team! In this dynamic role, you will bring your creativity, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service skills to help clients look and feel their best. From innovative styling, Beachwaves, Volume Blow dries, Updo's and Makeup is a plus but not necessary. You will be the go to professional for all things beauty. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents, build lasting client relationships, and grow within a supportive and energetic environment. Duties Provide expert hair styling services including blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles that meet clients' desires. Updo's and Makeup is a plus. Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on hair care routines. Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations. Operate salon software appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments efficiently. Stay current with industry trends in hair styling, makeup application. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or barbering certification as required by state law. Proven experience in hair styling, and makeup is a plus. Knowledge of salon software for scheduling and retail management. Strong understanding and hair care products to deliver customized solutions. Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively. Ability to perform makeup application is a plus but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability in retail math for upselling products confidently without compromising service quality. Commitment to sanitation standards ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
