Duties Provide professional hair styling, coloring, and haircutting services using advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, and precision cuts. Apply hair extensions with precision to enhance clients' natural beauty. Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or styles based on color theory and current trends. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations. Offer expert advice on hair care products and retail items to boost sales through effective upselling strategies. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills. Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling ato foster a collaborative environment. Manage store operations by supporting inventory management, retail math calculations, and merchandising displays that promote our product lines. Experience Proven experience as a professional hairstylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles. Demonstrated expertise in hair extensions application Strong understanding of sanitation practices within a salon environment to ensure client safety and compliance with health standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds while providing personalized service. Experience in retail sales techniques including upselling products that complement styling services to enhance client satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
