Job Description
Barber A well-established barber shop in the heart of Akron is seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our diverse clientele. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and has excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired haircut or style
- Provide haircuts, trims, and other hair services according to clients' requests
- Offer suggestions and recommendations based on clients' hair type and face shape
- Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients
- Handle cash transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber
- Excellent cutting, styling, and grooming skills
- Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively
