Job Description
Entry-Level Barber in Akron, Canada We are seeking a talented and passionate barber to join our team in Akron, Canada. As an entry-level barber, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in a supportive and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services to clients
- Consult with clients to determine their desired style and provide recommendations if needed
- Keep work station clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Build relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and return business
- Assist with daily shop maintenance tasks such as sweeping, restocking products, etc.
Requirements:
- Must have completed a formal barbering program or apprenticeship
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing trends
- Must be legally eligible to work in
