The Salon and Spa at Ascend is seeking a talented and energetic Blowout Specialist to join our growing team inside the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower. Located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, our salon serves hotel guests, business professionals, event attendees, wedding parties, and local clientele seeking exceptional salon services in a luxury setting. What You'll Do Provide professional blowouts and styling services Shampoo, condition, and prepare hair for styling Create smooth, voluminous, and long-lasting styles for a variety of hair types Perform special occasion styling and updos when needed Occasionally perform haircuts and color services based on guest needs, experience level, and scheduling demands Deliver outstanding guest experiences and build client relationships Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Support team goals and contribute to a positive salon environment Qualifications Current Ohio Cosmetology License required Experience with blowouts and styling preferred Experience with hair cutting and color services is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Weekend availability Why Join Ascend?
