As a Hair Designer, you will bring your creative flair and technical expertise to craft stunning hairstyles that boost confidence and express individuality. Your energetic approach will inspire clients and elevate their salon experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in hair styling, coloring, and grooming while providing exceptional customer service in a lively, welcoming environment. Duties Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle needs, providing expert recommendations. Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting, and special occasion updos. . Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure a safe environment. Offer retail product suggestions through upselling techniques to enhance client results and salon revenue. Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling and grooming techniques. Proficiency in advanced skills such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, desirable. Strong understanding of color theory for creating customized color treatments that suit each client. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and store management practices to uphold safety standards. Ability to perform hair straight razor cuts and maintain high-quality service standards. Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
