Resting on the corner of Detroit and Riverside, located in the west end of Lakewood, our large seasonally decorated storefront window offers a view of a bustling Lakewood scene, while simultaneously maintaining a calm, relaxing interior with multiple seating areas for your guests to process and relax. The environment at Folicle can be described as a relaxed, modern, calm, and positive vibe and we are seeking someone that is looking for a space that offers that and more! While you may be leasing your chair, you don't have to feel like you're a one person show. We offer in-house hospitality/concierge service to greet your guests and offer refreshments that ensure a positive and welcoming experience for them. This is certainly a plus if you're running late, hit a patch of traffic, or got stuck behind a slow driver or school bus! Your workstation is complete with a heavy duty, multipurpose work cart for your tools and necessities. Other amenities include, but aren't limited to:

• High traffic area outside, especially with Vosh/Georgetown Restaurant next door (constant events/parties/etc)
• Parking is available on either the street or in the lot located behind the building.
