The ideal candidate has extensive industry experience, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for mentoring and educating future professionals. Responsibilities Foster positive relationships with students and team members. Create engaging and inspiring educational experiences. Lead and demonstrate professional techniques in both the classroom and clinic floor environments. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Promote a positive, productive, and professional learning atmosphere. Deliver exceptional customer service. Inspire students to develop both technical skills and professional confidence. Qualifications Current Ohio Cosmetology License required. Advanced Cosmetology License or willingness to obtain. Cosmetology Instructor License or willingness to obtain. Minimum of 5 years of salon experience. Strong knowledge of and passion for the beauty industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Willingness to travel as needed. Ability to commute to Lewis Center, OH 43035.
