Overview Join team as a Cosmetologist Hair Stylist and unleash your passion for beauty, style, and customer transformation! Craft stunning hair cuts & color, provide expert consultations, and deliver exceptional salon experiences. Responsibilities Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, styling and coloring to meet client preferences. Utilize advanced techniques such as balayage, highlights, and color correction with a strong understanding of color theory. Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and providing personalized solutions. Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management tasks when needed. Upsell retail products effectively while clients receive suitable recommendations. Skills Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting and coloring. Strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired hair color results safely and creatively. Proficiency in sanitation practices to uphold the highest standards of hygiene within the salon environment. Excellent communication skills to engage clients confidently and foster a welcoming atmosphere. ! We are a commission based salon. position starts at 50%
