Allusions Hair Replacement Studio has served the Cincinnati community for over 30 years helping clients experiencing hair loss from cancer treatment, alopecia, and aging regain their confidence and feel like themselves again. This is not a traditional salon. It is a specialized, deeply personal practice that changes lives.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring one entry-level apprentice technician to learn a specialty that very few cosmetologists in Cincinnati are trained in. No prior hair replacement experience required. Paid training provided. You will begin with a paid 30-day training period focused on mutual fit and development, working alongside our senior technicians at $17 an hour. As an apprentice you will clean, reattach, and style wigs and hair systems. It is precise, hands-on work in a private studio environment with one-on-one client appointments, not a high-volume salon floor. You will train alongside experienced senior technicians in a stable, professional environment. The apprenticeship runs 12 to 18 months with structured pay increases at 6 and 12 months, and leads directly to a full technician role.

Apprenticeship:
