About the
Role:
Join Royal Braiding & Beauty Palace as a Barber and Nail Tech, where you will enhance the beauty and confidence of our clients in a warm and supportive environment. We are looking for passionate professionals who thrive in a dynamic setting and are eager to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and styling. Perform nail services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure client safety and satisfaction. Consult with clients to determine their grooming needs and preferences. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering and nail care. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client experience.
Requirements:
Valid barbering and nail technician licenses in Ohio. Proven experience in a barber shop or nail salon setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a passion for beauty and grooming. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols in the beauty industry.
