What You'll Do:
- 1) Provide top-notch haircutting, styling, and color services for a steady flow of clients 2) Recommend and promote Great Clips retail products to support client haircare needs 3) Keep your station clean and sanitized in accordance with salon and health standards 4) Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional customer service 5) Stay current on trends, techniques, and tools through ongoing paid training •
What We're Looking For:
- A current cosmetology or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience
- Experience in hair services is preferred; knowledge of color theory is a plus
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety regulations in a salon setting
