Split Pay Based - with the potential to earn $16.00 - $28.00 an hour based on volume of sales. Position Overview TB Fitness Club is seeking a talented, professional, and customer-focused Barber to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in modern and traditional barbering techniques, committed to exceptional customer service, and motivated to grow their personal clientele while contributing to a positive member experience within our fitness club environment. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, lineups, and grooming services. Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in accordance with state licensing and health regulations. Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-term client relationships and repeat business. Promote barbering services to TB Fitness Club members and guests. Recommend and sell grooming products when appropriate. Manage appointments efficiently while accommodating walk-in clients when available. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times. Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the TB Fitness Club brand. Qualifications Valid Barber License (required). Experience performing a variety of men's grooming services. Strong skills in fades, beard grooming, razor work, and modern haircut techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
