Your expertise in nail care, color theory, and esthetic treatments will help clients feel confident and pampered. Duties Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including classic, gel, acrylic, and specialty nail treatments. Apply advanced techniques such as eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair threading, and body waxing to meet diverse client needs. Educate clients on nail care routines, color choices based on color theory principles, and aftercare instructions to ensure long-lasting results. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance. Offer retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories through effective upselling strategies. Assist with esthetic laser treatments or dermabrasion procedures when qualified to enhance overall client satisfaction. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Skills Deep understanding of color theory to recommend flattering shades and designs for clients. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold health standards in all treatments. Proficiency in cosmetology techniques including nail care, hair styling, barbering, eyelash extensions, and body waxing. Experience with retail math for effective upselling of products and services. Ability to perform specialized treatments such as esthetic laser therapy or dermabrasion when trained. Skilled in hair threading and body waxing for comprehensive beauty services.
