Engage in upselling products and services to enhance the client experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area to ensure a welcoming environment. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide innovative services. Requirements Proven experience in hair braiding with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Understanding of retail math to assist with product sales effectively. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
