Job Description

Shampoo Assistant - Luxury Salon | Tips + Benefits Adolf Biecker Salon | Blue Bell Love the beauty industry and want to work in a fun, fast-paced salon environment? Adolf Biecker Spa/Salon in Blue Bell, part of the Jean Madeline family, is looking for a Shampoo Assistant to support our talented stylists and colorists while helping deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is high-energy, passionate about hair and beauty, and enjoys working with people in a luxury salon environment.
Schedule:
Full-time at approximately 32 hours per week. Must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with availability between 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM. Compensation & Benefits $15.00 per hour + tips Paid Time Off & Holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Optional insurance including medical & dental Generous employee product and service discounts Key Responsibilities Shampoo and prepare guests for salon services Perform relaxing scalp treatments Provide hand and arm massages for guests Offer beverages and ensure guest comfort Assist stylists and colorists throughout the day Maintain salon cleanliness and organization Manage salon laundry Recommend and sell Aveda products when appropriate What We're Looking For Positive, professional attitude Strong communication and guest service skills Passion for hair, beauty, and the salon industry Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Polished and professional presentation Physical Requirements This is an active, standing position that requires flexibility and the ability to move throughout the salon during the shift.
