This role is ideal for someone seeking stability, consistency, and long-term growth ⸻ What You'll Do Perform luxury head spa treatments including: Scalp cleansing & exfoliation Shampoo & hair treatments Head, neck, shoulder, and facial massage Gua sha, hot stone, herbal, or LED add-ons (training provided) Deliver exceptional client experiences with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment environment Follow all spa protocols and service standards Contribute positively to a respectful, drama-free team culture ⸻ What We're Looking For Licensed Cosmetologist and/or Massage Therapist (Pennsylvania license required) Strong hands and confidence in massage or hands-on services Calm, grounded presence with excellent client communication skills Reliable, punctual, and coachable High personal hygiene and professional appearance Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently Spanish speaking is a plus.
