to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and salon policies Provide expert advice on hair care, styling options, and retail product recommendations to enhance client satisfaction Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling inquiries with excellent communication skills Stay updated on current hair styling trends, color theory principles, and new techniques like eyelash extensions or nail care to broaden service offerings Mentor junior team members in hair braiding techniques and customer service excellence to foster a collaborative environment Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; experience in specialized hair styling is highly preferred Proven expertise in hair braiding techniques such as extensions, threading, and intricate styles Knowledge of salon software systems like
