Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality hair or nail services based on your specialty Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation in accordance with health regulations Use Vagaro software to manage appointments and client records Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend services and retail products Create a welcoming, professional environment that ensures client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (or Nail Technician License, if applicable) Experience preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is valued Excellent customer service and communication skills Retail sales experience is a plus Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety practices Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
