There is a choice of flat fee chair rental or high percentage split, not your tipcal 60/40. We believe this Barber-favorable split will be the success of our salon. Duties Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client service Lead, mentor, and motivate staff members to achieve their best performance in hair styling, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, and other beauty services Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as

to optimize client flow and maximize retail sales opportunities Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and best practices Conduct staff training on new techniques like color theory, straight razor shaving, hair threading, and retail product upselling Handle front desk responsibilities including client check-in/out, answering inquiries, and managing retail inventory with retail math skills Foster a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving client concerns promptly and professionally Skills Extensive knowledge of hair extensions, hair styling techniques, and color theory to deliver customized looks Proficiency with salon management software such as
