All positions are paid weekly Commission, including emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member. Responsibilities Perform a variety of Braid styling services including hair extensions. Deliver personalized customer service by understanding client needs and providing expert advice on hair care and styling options. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Assist with retail sales by upselling products such as hair care items, nail care products, and makeup accessories to enhance client satisfaction. Support store management with inventory oversight, retail math calculations, and maintaining an organized workspace.
