The space is fully renovated with a clean modern aesthetic. We are building a professional team from the ground up and looking for barbers who want to grow with us long-term. The shop is structured, professionally managed with digital booking and organized daily operations. We offer weekly competitive commission payouts with no booth rent, no hidden shop fees, and a flexible schedule. Duties Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, tapers, beard trims, and line-ups to clients Log every appointment and walk-in through the booking system before the client sits down Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times Follow Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology sanitation standards Represent the shop professionally in your conduct, appearance, and communication Actively build and retain your client base — social media, word of mouth, referrals Offer expert advice on hair care routines, retail products, and upsell Qualifications Licensed barbers preferred, but motivated apprentices are welcome to apply Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to mentor others and contribute positively to the salon environment Existing clientele is a plus, but not required for the right candidate Join us if you're passionate about transforming looks while delivering outstanding customer experiences!
