We specialize in luxury loc services, including retwists, starter locs, loc styles, loc extensions, microlocs, and loc repair services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with locs, strong customer service skills, and the ability to provide clean, professional, and timely services in a salon environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values hair health, and can help clients feel confident while maintaining the Lovelymamib Salon standard. Responsibilities Perform loc retwists, shampoo services, starter locs, loc styling, and basic loc maintenanceProvide clean parting, neat styling, and professional finishingAssist with loc repair, reattachment, and loc extension services when qualifiedConduct basic client consultations and recommend proper loc careMaintain a clean and sanitized workstationFollow salon policies, scheduling procedures, and service timing expectationsProvide excellent customer service and professional communicationTake before-and-after photos/videos when needed for salon marketingHelp clients rebook and recommend add-on services when appropriateArrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointmentsSupport a positive, professional salon environment Qualifications Experience as a loctician, natural hair stylist, or loc stylist preferredMust be confident with retwists, styling, and starter locsExperience with loc extensions, microlocs, repairs, or interlocking is a plusMust be professional, dependable, and punctualMust have strong communication and customer service skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced salon settingMust be willing to follow salon policies and service standardsCosmetology or natural hair license preferred, but experience will be considered Skills Preferred Loc retwist and stylingStarter locs: comb coils and two-strand twistsInterlockingLoc repair and reattachmentLoc extensionsMicrolocsShampoo and scalp careClient consultationRetail/product recommendationsSocial media-friendly presentation Schedule Flexible schedule availableWeekday and weekend availability preferredFull-time and part-time positions available Pay Competitive pay based on experience, skill level, and service performance.
