SUFFICIENT

Pet Groomer to join our team. A Minimum 3 years (actual grooming) Experience

REQUIRED. HAND SCISSORING SKILLS A MUST.

Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs . Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets' grooming needs and preferences. Handle animals safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process. Assist with animal restraint during grooming procedures as necessary. Keep detailed records of each pet's grooming history and any special instructions from owners. Skills Hand scissoring, Asian Fusion, hand stripping and experience grooming cats are a plus ! Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners. Proficient in animal handling techniques, ensuring safety for both pets and staff. Knowledge of dog training or behavior is a plus, enhancing the grooming experience for anxious pets. Ability to perform animal restraint safely when required during grooming tasks. Capacity for heavy lifting, as some breeds may require assistance during grooming sessions. A genuine passion for animal care and welfare is essential for success in this role.
