Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in customer service and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in building lasting relationships with clients and enhancing their overall experience. Responsibilities Perform haircuts, shaves, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Utilize salon software, such as Visibook, for appointment scheduling and client management. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care products and services Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and managing appointments. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hairstyles, cuts, and grooming techniques. Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere. Experience Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management is a plus. Previous experience in store management or leadership roles is beneficial for career advancement opportunities.
