Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of beauty services to clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Upsell salon products and services to clients
• Manage client appointments and maintain an organized schedule
• Utilize salon software to track client information and preferences
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment

Skills:

• Valid cosmetology license
• Willingness to learn about wigs and the way they work
• Proficient in a variety of beauty services, specifically color and an understanding of the color wheel
• Knowledge of salon software systems, such as Millennium or similar platforms
• Ability to manage client appointments and provide excellent customer service
• Experience with hair extensions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
• Hospitality skills to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients
