Serenity Wig Salon is a boutique salon specializing in high-quality wigs and hairpieces, with a focus on craftsmanship, comfort, and confidence. We serve a diverse clientele and pride ourselves on offering personalized service and artistry in every piece we create or repair.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wig Ventelation Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ventilating hair into lace and silk top wigs, as well as expertise in repairing and restoring wigs to their best condition. An artistic eye, patience, and precision are key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Ventilate hair into lace and silk top wigs with accuracy and finesse Perform wig repairs, including weft replacement, lace patching, and restyling Customize wigs for clients, ensuring a natural, flattering look. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wig work area Collaborate with the team on custom wig projects and creative styling ideas
Requirements:
Proven experience ventilating hair into lace and silk top bases Skilled in wig repair techniques and hairpiece restoration Strong artistic sense and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Passion for helping clients feel their best through hair artistry Ability to handle clients with care
Qualifications:
Background in theatrical, fashion, or medical wig work Experience with various hair textures and colors Portfolio of previous work (preferred, but not required)
