Job Description

Numen Barbershop LLC is expanding! We are opening a brand-new, modern retail location in Quakertown, PA on July 1st or earlier, and we are looking for talented, passionate, and reliable Licensed Barbers to join our team. Whether you have an established clientele or are looking to build a new book of business in a high-traffic area, we provide the environment, marketing, and walk-in volume to keep your chair busy and your earnings high.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Expected Earnings:
    $25.00 - $40.00+ per hour (Competitive commission split)

What We Are Looking For:
IMPORTANT!
License:
Must hold a valid, active Pennsylvania Barber or Cosmetology License (Required).
Experience:
Proficient in modern hair trends, classic cuts, fades, beard grooming, and straight-razor shaves.
Skillset:
Strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to providing an excellent client experience.
