Cosmetology Instructor for Hair, Skin, and Nails.

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Cosmetology Educators to join our team. There are day and evening positions available. In this role, you will inspire and train aspiring beauty professionals by sharing your expertise in hair cutting, styling, and coloring as well as Nails and Esthetics. Your enthusiasm for cosmetology and dedication to education and the beauty industry will help shape the next generation of talented Cosmetologists. Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom instruction on hair, skin, and nail techniques. Follow set curriculum while lecturing, demonstrating, and assist students in hands on participation. Assess student progress through hands-on demonstrations and theoretical assessments; provide constructive feedback to foster skill development. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new methods. Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and confidence among students. Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and safety standards for all cosmetology procedures taught. Qualifications Valid state cosmetology license with experience in hair, skin, and nails. Valid Cosemtology teacher's license. Three or more years experience in the Cosmetology field Proven classroom experience or teaching background in adult education settings preferred. Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring aspiring professionals.
