to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere, listening attentively to client needs, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Stay current on the latest hair styling trends, techniques like the use of straight razors and eyelash extensions, and color theory to deliver innovative looks. Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting clients, managing appointments Qualifications (but not mandatory) Valid cosmetology or barbering license with specialization in hair braiding. Proven experience in hair styling with a focus on braiding techniques; familiarity with hair extensions is highly desirable. Knowledge of salon software systems such as SQUARE for appointment scheduling and retail management. Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon environment.
