Perform advanced treatments such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment, and dermabrasion. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations. Utilize salon software like Millennium and

for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the salon's online presence. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and providing product demos. Assist with front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest check-in. Upsell products and services to enhance client experience while achieving sales goals. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and excellent guest experiences. Requirements Valid cosmetology license with demonstrated experience in the field. Proficiency in various beauty techniques including straight razor cutting, deep tissue massage, tattooing, and hospitality skills. Strong understanding of color theory and retail sales strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in med spa settings is a plus but not mandatory.
