Job Description
Generations Adult Day Health Center is seeking a part-time hair stylist to work in our hair salon cutting, blow drying and styling hair for men and women with disabilities. Must have the ability and experience shaving men. This is a busy job with many customers daily. We pay you an hourly rate, our participants do not pay for any of the services. No tipping. Nail technician skills are a PLUS!! Overview We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. If you are passionate about the beauty industry and enjoy helping people look their best, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting and styling for adults (men & women) with disabilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all participants
- Keep workstations clean and sanitize tools regularly Requirements
- Proficiency in barbering techniques
- Familiarity with straight razor techniques
- Understanding of nail care and makeup application
