As a dedicated and talented cosmetologist we expect that you will deliver exceptional haircare services, creating personalized experiences that leave our guests feeling confident and refreshed. Your skills in hair shaping/styling, color techniques and curling/straightening techniques will help maintain our salon's reputation for excellence. As a member of our team, you'll engage with our guests through outstanding customer service, promote retail products, and contribute to a welcoming, professional, spa-like environment that we strive to provide for each of our guests. Duties Provide a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, coloring, curling/straightening and cutting using current techniques.. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workspaces in compliance with health regulations. Demonstrate product demos and educate guests on haircare routines and retail products to boost sales and client loyalty. Stay current with industry trends. Manage your professional social media accounts to promote salon services, showcase transformations through before-and-after photos, and engage with the community to attract new guests. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license. Experience with Envision software is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to understand our guest's needs clearly. Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Familiarity with salon retail sales techniques including upselling products effectively. Knowledge of social media management for marketing purposes is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a professional demeanor in spa-like setting.
