Schedule Tuesday-Friday:

9am-7pm Rotating short weekend shifts Flexible scheduling available Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircutting, coloring, styling, and extension services Consult with clients to create customized beauty and hair loss solutions Consult with clients to understand their desired looks, recommend suitable styles, and educate them on maintenance and aftercare. Expertly apply various types of hair extensions (such as tape-in, clip-in, or keratin bonds) ensuring natural appearance and client satisfaction. Deliver exceptional customer care and client retention Recommend retail products and salon services confidently Maintain professional client notes and records Support salon cleanliness, organization, and daily operations Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Stay current with industry trends in color theory, haircutting techniques, and new extension methods to provide innovative services. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service to encourage repeat business. Qualifications Active South Dakota Cosmetology License Previous salon experience preferred Hair extension experience strongly preferred (not required, will train) Experience with blonding, color, or hair loss solutions is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Motivated, professional, and team-oriented mindset Passion for continuing education and beauty industry trends About BABE At BABE Hair Solutions, we do more than hair — we help women regain confidence through beauty, self-care, and personalized hair solutions.
