Your skills will make a lasting impact on every guest who walks through our doors.Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional haircuts and styling services for men, women, and children Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering professional advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Performing shampooing, conditioning, and basic styling services when requested Recommend hair care products to enhance client results and satisfaction Support store management with front desk dutiesQualifications:
Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state) Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clientsCompensation:
Guaranteed Hourly Wage Base plus the following: Excellent Tips Productivity Bonus Night/Weekend Shift Differentials Product Sales Bonus Yearly Wage Increases (Your effective hourly wage can range from _ $15- 33/hr and this range does NOT include any tips or product sale bonus that you've earned!
