• Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
• Perform hair styling, cutting, and coloring services while adhering to sanitation standards.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions and makeup.
• Manage salon software for scheduling and client records.
• Assist with retail sales and upselling products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the client experience.
• Qualifications
• Valid Tennessee Cosmetology or Barbering License or Permit
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in hair styling, barbering, and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with salon software, particularly Zenoti
• Ability to manage retail sales effectively
