Duties Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, extensions, and texturizing treatments with precision and flair Apply advanced techniques such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance client appearances Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies Use salon software like meevo to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments efficiently Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services or retail products Upsell retail items such as hair care products, styling tools, and cosmetics to boost sales and client satisfaction Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling inquiries professionally Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques and customer service excellence Stay updated on current trends in color theory, haircutting styles, and grooming techniques to deliver innovative looks Skills Proficiency in hair extensions application, and advanced hair styling techniques Strong knowledge of salon software systems Expertise in color theory to create vibrant or subtle color transformations tailored to each client Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and understanding their vision Experience with retail sales strategies including upselling and retail math for maximizing revenue opportunities Skilled in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Demonstrated ability to handle front desk duties with professionalism while maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere Join us if you're ready to unleash your creativity in a lively environment where your skills make a real difference!
